Duron 1.3 running hot?

I've got a Duron 1.3 running with the retail HSF on a Biostar M7VIG Pro. The BIOS and the hardware monitoring software that came with the mobo both report my idle temp as around 60 C. After 10 min of Prime95 stress testing, the processor temp had jumped to 67 C. I'm a little nervous with these temps. Should I worry? Vcore is reported as 1.85 V.
