I installed win2k on both partitions...c and d drive. I erased everything on d already but when I boot the thing up, it asks which one I want to use. How can I make it so that it won't ask me anymore and just boot the windows on c drive?

This should help you:

Go to System Properties->Advanced->StartUp & Recovery and uncheck the the button that says "Display List of Operating Systems".

You need to edit your boot.ini file. Are you clear on which version is which when you are asked at the boot menu? If you are, go into boot.ini (right-click on it, choose properties, and uncheck read-only) and delete the line(s) that refer to your second but now gone version of Windows 2000. If you're not clear on which is which, post the contents of your boot.ini file here.
