DuraTrax Evader or Traxxas Bandit?

Not sure which to get, and I know jack about RC so looking for advice and opinions.

Right now looking at an electric Duratrax or Traxxas, but open to other suggestions.

Doesn't the Duratrax come with a 1 yr guarantee on all the parts, you break it they replace it for free? I got my step dad an evader MT back in 02 and it still runs great for him today.

I loved my Traxxas Bandit when I had it...it was crazy durable too!

I have a Traxxas boat, and I can tell you that this company has the best customer support hands down! Check out the forums on their website, great fan support also. They sent me, almost overnight, new high voltage wire connectors, for free! just cuz I mentioned it to their rep. on the phone, that I'd like to get some, and my closest dealer is 60 miles away.
They are also sending me a new upgraded throttle control unit,(value,$180), for $45, of coarse,
they are MAKING me send the old broken one back to them.
BTW, they are a Texas company, who'd a thought.
