Duplicate Favorites folder

I restored my favorites folder after reinstalling windows xp but I restores it to the wrong location. I tried to delete it but I can not, I get an access denied message. I can not move it either. I am logged in as adminstrator I even tried to do it form safe mode.
Is there any way to delete this extra favorites folder?

 
As an Admin, you have to take ownership of the folder, then grant your account full control to the folder. Then you can delete it.
