Duplicate email removal from Outlook Express 6 PC

I always get duplicate emails in outlook express...sometimes just 2, sometimes more. Does anyone know of a free solution of removing duplicate emails from outlook express?

Is this on a hotmail account? If so, I was getting these for awhile then they stopped. What you do is click on one of the dupes. Then click on another folder, then back to the inbox in question. When you go back, there should be only one copy. Do this for awhile, and it'll go away.

If it isn't a hotmail account, then I don't know.

It's not with a Hotmail or MSN account. I'm using the POP3 server that my University Provides. Leave a copy of the message on the server is checked, but there's only one copy of the message on the pop3 server, but outlook keeps downloading it multiple times. I need to keep this option checked, so I was hoping there was a program i could use to automatically delete duplicates.
