Duplicate and organizing song-video-photo software

Is there a do-all that will sort out my back up hard drive, filter out duplicates, rename everything properly, and basically do all the hard work for me? Will Itunes or Songbird do any of this? It is a huge pile of folders with songs in mpeg4, mp3, video files, etc.. A real mix.
