DuOrb Ramsinks

I'm getting a Thermaltake DuOrb for my HD4850, but I'll need to buy some ramsinks (the DuOrb is used). I'm not sure how tall the ramsinks for the DuOrb can be at max, and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions.

I'm currently looking at this set. It's the same set of heatsinks that come with the Scythe Musashi. Two questions about this set:

1) Will they fit underneath a DuOrb?
2) Will they come with pre-applied thermal tape? I can't tell from the description.

Just by eyeballing it, they look like they will fit but there are no numbers or profile shots so you can't really tell.

I put these on mine, which fit all but the top VRM. For that, I used one of the DuOrb sinks. They come with thermal tape, and I've never had an issue with them coming loose or falling off.
