Was this the store on Jefferson and West Henrietta by the Mall? That's the one I had problems with and will never again set foot into a Dunn Tire store.

Yes it was that store near Marketplace. How did you get them to replace the wheel?

I called their corporate office. The regional director and regional service manager are going to meet me at the store at 3:00 today. We'll see how it goes?

They didn't give me as hard of time as they are giving you. I had to wait about a week and the manager personally did the replacement. I would definitely keep pushing to get it replaced. In 4 years they probably have changed managers a couple of times. My theory is that they pay the employees probably around minimum wage. While I watched the manager replace the rim, the others employees basically were just letting the tires drop off the cars and throwing them onto the balancer. I have watched the dealer and Sears do it and they are no were as bad as Dunn with the handling of the rims. I cringed when I saw that and vowed never to go back.

good luck!
