Dungeon Siege--How do you disband members??? %@#%#$

I cant get rid of the dead weight, how do you get rid of the extras?? I do not have the manual anymore and I tried searching websites but found nothing.

I decided to just change everything to gold and go with that. (and a couple mules of course)

Help!

How do you disband members?????

There's a button on the left console. I can't think what it looks like. I think it's got an arrow on it with a circle.

Highlight the members you want to disband, then click the "disband" button on the GUI (button right next to the "select all" button, has several circles on one side with an arrow pointing to a single circle).

No hotkey or F4 or something like that after selecting the slackers??

There's a hotkey for darn near everything, but I haven't used that particular one. Just check the key bindings in setup options for the command "disband," dude.

No hotkey is listed in the manual. It says to select the ones you want to disband, then hit the disband button. It's in the lower right grouping of stuff, the upper right-most button. Should say "Disband" when you move the mouse over it.
