Dungeon Siege: Help on a certain quest

Ok, my friend and I have just finished spending 5 hours in "The Pit of Despair" We have all damn 3 of the skulls or "Foes" and we get to the riddle door. Now what the #!@$ do we do from here? Please help out you bastard geniouses.
