Tried and tried again this morning to grab it but the link in my email did nothing and the banner of the front page was unclickable. Read that they are distributing the copies slowly so as not to hammer the servers.

Once the front page banner goes unclickable (and shows 'enjoy your game') you're already in queue to get it and it'll show up eventually. You should get a purchase summary email when it's added to your acct.

Highly doubt it.
Sure, they did a re-release of Dungeon Keeper that was worse than crap, but... I still don't buy that EA would do this.

If you are playing this try using the alt+r command to up the resolution to 640x480.

Any way to get DK2 in higher res? found some stuff online but nothing is working.
