The rich get richer

That's a lot of money for Duncan. He is the top 10 best players in the NBA right now, so I guess this is worth the value in the NBA if Olowokandi can make $6 million a year.

Max for Jermaine

Brand signs with Heat

Hopefully this means dirt cheap tickets to Clippers games. I don't go to Clippers game to watch Cherokee Parks play.

Payrod is the highest paid player in all of sports I believe.

Olowokandi signed for the mid level exception, thats 4.9. He actually did a 3 year for 16.2. Basically a pay increase each year.

J. O'neal stayed East cause he knew he couldn't be an all star Forward in the West. But I guess he's also loyal to Indiana who actually let him play and develop as a player unlike Portland.

sigh... and unfortunately Duncan is the only newsworthy deal the Spurs will be making this offseason it seems.

brand didn't sign with miami. clippers have 15 days to match their offer so you'll have to wait another 2 weeks to see.

it's no surprise that spurs are offering the max to duncan. without duncan, spurs won't have a team. it's kind of ironic though that the spurs (one of the top teams in the west with the most cap room) could not sign any top free agent. they still have 8mil in cap room to play with after signing nesterovic.

Schumacher makes between 30 - 50 million a year just in endorsements. Micheal Jordan makes around 20 - 30 million a year in endorsements plus he's got his own shoe line now and other products as well.

endorsements are only marginally coorelated with salaries.
