DUN need help

When trying to dial into my server at work from my home I got a message 'error 745. Essential file missing. Please re-install Dial-up Networking files'. So I went to the Control Panel then Add/Remove Program then look under the Windows Setup tab. As far as I can tell everything for the Communications box is already istalled. I even removed everything and did a new install for the Communications tools and still got the same error. Can someone help me out please!! This thing was working fine until last night. I'm using Windows 98. Thanks.
