For an easy lunch I like boiling a bunch in a rice cooker and then eating them with some soy mixed with sesame oil. I prefer the mini dumplings (slightly larger than a grape) since the skin tends to be thinner. As a side dish with dinner, I like them pan fried with a bit of oil until they're nicely browned on each side, then you throw some water in and cover it so they finish by steaming. Serve it with some dipping sauce (something like soy, sesame oil, scallion, rice vinegar, sugar) and you're good to go
