Dated a girl who's mother made some amazing steamed dumpling with pork and KimChee. Always delicious!

How do you like your dumplings?

If you make them yourself, I'd love to hear your recipe!

I am a big fan of boiled gyoza. It is one of my favorite appetizers to order at my local Japanese restaurant along with some good beef tataki. Fried Gyoza is ok, but not my favorite.

I like steamed pork dumplings Korean-style, though Vietnamese dumplings/spring rolls are pretty good too.

I love pan fried dumplings! on all 3 sides plz ;) add red distilled vinegar("cho") with a little soy sauce and lots of white pepper mixed in... YUM! Costco's LingLing dumplings are surprisingly good for frozen versions...

For an easy lunch I like boiling a bunch in a rice cooker and then eating them with some soy mixed with sesame oil. I prefer the mini dumplings (slightly larger than a grape) since the skin tends to be thinner. As a side dish with dinner, I like them pan fried with a bit of oil until they're nicely browned on each side, then you throw some water in and cover it so they finish by steaming. Serve it with some dipping sauce (something like soy, sesame oil, scallion, rice vinegar, sugar) and you're good to go
