My only experience is with newegg. When you return a refurbished board as a "repair" and they're out of stock, they refund your money 100% without a restocking fee. I would question dumpinggoods return and refund policy before proceeding. I've had to return about 20% of refurb mobos I've bought from newegg in 2 years. Some just quit working, and some problems are minor. Also be prepared to search for a backplate. Many refurbs don't come with them.
