Welcome to my personal ATOT blog ... don't like it? Well then why'd you click on it?

Just got dumped via email - we were supposed to go out tonight - confirmed that yesterday afternoon. She not only canceled that, but dumped me altogether. Now, the relationship wasn't particularly long or serious - but I still thought that was pretty tacky.

sigh ... or maybe I'm just showing my age. All 37 years of it.
 
That's nothing. My buddy got dumped via facebook.

and we're talking 21 year olds.

Girl calls: "Uhh we need to talk about us"

Guy: "Ok I'll talk to you tonight after I'm done river rafting"

Guy goes home, gets an email from facebook notifying that he is no longer in a relationship.

Seinfeld dictates very specific guidelines which require a face-to-face break-up. I'd like to know more details. For example, does she know your name? Have you two ever made physical contact? Does she keep any feminine products in your home?

Did you respond to the email? Have some fun with her.
Just pretend that you never got the email, show up (piss drunk) with a bouqet of weeds and horrible flowers. Dress up in speedos and a tshirt with flip flops. Video tape all of this and post on ATOT.

Lol ... well, probably didn't reach the face-to-face criteria of the Seinfeld Rules of Dating Etiquette. But a phone call would have been nice - and not waiting until 4 hours before we were supposed to meet would've been nice. Just really puts the suckage on a day of work - I was really looking forward to going out with her tonight.
