If the parents don't want their kids going out late at night they should just ground them. It worked for me growing up.

What's Long's goal with this project? "To make it cool again not to drink and drive," she says in typical - or maybe not so typical - teenage fashion.
Quite a jump from curfew violation to DUI.

Exactly. They want parents to voluntarily put a sticker on their child's car that will allow them (the parents) to be arrested? I don't know whether to laugh or cry, quite frankly.
really! all you have to do is piss off your kid who's been stopped twice and he/she goes out after curfew to get back at you by getting you arrested!

Maybe this student is actually brilliant and is actually trying to use is as a covert way to allow kids to get their pesky ass parents thrown in jail. Excuse me while I try to catch that flying pig that just whizzed past me.

hahahaha, BRILLIANT! :D

I never considered that. If I were still under the curfew age I'd write her a letter and thank her for helping me to get my parents thrown in jail. Then I'd tell her about all the wild kegs parties I've started having since they left. :D
