I just got a call from some lady. Woke me up at the crack of 9AM...arrgh.
PAB: Hi, can I help you?
Moron#1: Yeah, my friend bought 2 dell systems from you a while ago.
PAB: I never sold 2 systems to anyone
M1: Oh, well my friend is John Jackson
PAB: He bought one system from me
M1: Oh. Well I'm looking for a system that Dell dosent sell anymore
PAB: Um. What model?
M1: Dimension 8200
PAB: Dell should still make that one
M1: Oh, well I cant find one like Jacks's. His model is different than what Dell offers on their website
PAB: In what respects?

M1: Well. His speakers are taller and have those extra button things on top and part of it sits on the floor and he has this monitor that has all these extra buttons on it.
*PAB realizes that this woman has never seen a decent speaker system in her life and does not know what the hell an LCD monitor is*
M1: I couldnt find any of this on the website
PAB: The only thing different you're describing is "upgraded" (dell speaker offerings are not IMHO decent) speakers and an LCD dislpay. Dell sells everything I sold John
M1: Oh
PAB: Anything else?
M1: No. Ok, thanks.
