Not only is his friend a dumbass and deserved it, but even if they try to whine in court about assault or something, their 160x120 15fps video isn't going to help them much. 😀
 
He wouldn't have ran if it was real. You would probably get in trouble more for running than giving a cop the finger.
 
I don't know if it's fake or not, but if you throw the finger to a cop , does he have any legal right to do anyhting against you (I am not saying running towards a cop and putting the finger up in his face but maybe like a passerby's finger something like that) ?

I have no idea if this is legit information, but I've always heard if you say something offensive to a Police Man he can arrest you, dunno about the finger. But, if you add "in my opinion" before you say "you're a farkin a$$hole" he can't do anything to you. Like I said this is 2nd hand information, I know very little about Cops, I just stay away from them because they are my enemy 🙂
