yes but you need the non-HDMI adapter attached, which can't be plugged in at the same time as the HDMI, unless you buy the elite cable (like 50 dollars), or hack up the AV cable to make it smaller (at your own risk)
does your TV have optical out that you can hook up to the receiver?

My tv has a coax out (err, toslink?) that I suppose I can use. Heading to radio shack now.
