A Greek friend wants a digital camera from the U.S. cause they cost twice as much over there, so he asked me if he has to pay tax (as he is going to take it out of the country)? I said "yes" but he insisted that he had heard of it before. Any ideas? He's gonna buy it from Bestbuy.
 
Err......do you mean does he have to pay your state's sales tax when he buys it here? Or his country's sales tax? Yes to the state taxes. The country - there are international customs duties you have to declare when you ship it.
