Car was just lowered but that bumper sure looked messed up... sadly enough... this will probably be his chance to put a bodykit. Dunno how honda civics are... but my cars transmission and oil pan stick out a lot from the bottom so if that were my car i would've put a big dent or cracked one of them... :Q
