Dumb question

What does it mean when there is a blue folder or yellow folder next to the message title?

It didn't say anything about it in the help section.

Blue = New messages
Yellow - No new messages

a blue means that there has been recent post there, a yellow means that only the tumbleweeds have visited that place (ie, no new post)

I think blue folder means that there have been changes to the thread since your last visit. Yellow means that the topic has no new replies.
