Dumb question

How do I view my system rigs? I can't seem to get to the page where they are.....???

When I log in to this, it says "Login successful" then takes me back to the same page!

Thanks for your help. Strangely, this page doesn't seem to work with Opera, just keeps sending me back to the login page. Works with IE though.
