ALright, I have what is probably a dumb question...but the stats for the team on 01/01 show about 10,000 WU and results of -8,000+ I could understand (-) WU if people pulled their units and went to another team, but how can you have negative results with that many WU's?

Seti Stats link you will need to go to the bottom of the page to see what I am talking about.

Bob,

The explanation is a very sad one to report but what happened is we lost a member with 17,977 WUs on that day. Those WUs were taken away from our TeAm total ... thus the results you have spotted. :(

Ouch.

Now I'm hijacking this thread with my own dumb questions. I just want to make sure of a couple things.

I noticed I must have killed the Seti Driver in my system tray. Yet my Proc was still at 100%, and sure enough Seti 3.03 was running as a service, and Seti Driver was loaded as a service too. This means it will run regardless of who is logged on?

Next question. I'm downloading some stuff and don't want to reboot so I'll just ask. Is Seti set to load with Windows by default or do I need to make an adjustment somewhere? I didn't see anywhere to change it.

Thx :)

#1 that happens something don't know why but when you reboot your machine it will be back in the taskbar.
@2 you have to make a shortcut to setidriver and place the shortcut in your startup folder for seti to start on bootup unless you install seti as a service.

1. If it is installed as a service in Windows, then yes, it will run regardless of who is logged on. If it isn't installed as a service then you have to place a shortcut to it in the Startup folder for All Users, or place it in each user's startup folder

2. If it is installed as a service in Windows, and is also set to "automatic" then yes, it will start up during a reboot. If it is set to "manual", then you have to start it yourself. If it isn't installed as a service then you have to place a shortcut to it in the Startup folder for All Users, or place it in each user's startup folder.
