Dumb question of the day

shopping parts for a new box and im wanting to put a dell 30" on it. dell says it requires a dual-link card. does that just mean dual dvi's ? so that any 8800gtx card would run it just fine ?

yes. any 8800 would run it but it doesnt use both dvi ports. dual link still only uses 1 cable.
