Just got an upgrade from my old GF3 ti200 to a GF4 4400 my 3D mark barely went up and is only at 6100. I do not give a squirt of Pee about the 3D mark but How do I check what the core/memory is at and what is the best proggy to OC the card since I know it has potential. All my OCing has just been with CPUs so OCing a Vid Card is a little new to me.

TIA

What driver version are you using? If you are using a 3x.xx version (or older) you can use Coolbits to display GPU/mem speed and also overclock them. I can email the coolbits.reg to you if you desire.

There are lots of tweak files for NVidia cards out there. I don't use any of them personally. And you could use Powerstrip (which would be my recommendation if you plan to stay with the 41.09 drivers).

agree, powerstrip.

what is your system spec?
6100 for a 4400? I am assuming you are using around 1ghz cpu?
I don't think oc the video card will matter.

I think you have to REINSTALL the 4in1 drivers (if you have a via chipset) after you add a new card, try riva tuner to check your core/memory speeds.

I have an Iwill XP333-R so no 4n1's necessary :)

I think It might be time to get a new XP T-bred B...

Oh Rivatuner Ack boy that did terrible things to my system b4. messed with my video drivers had some major issues. might just roll back to the old drivers and use coolbits like ST suggested.
