I have put together a new PC and am going to install the OS later tonight. Do I have to have a boot disk to do this? It's my understanding that boot disks are for the A: drive, which I do not have. I only have a CD-ROM on my PC along with the HD. The OS I'm going to install is Windows 98SE (then use my windows 2000 upgrade disk). Do the newer motherboards need boot disks or will I be able to just use my CD-ROM?
Thanks!
