Dumb question, but can you legally sell or trade NFR software?

Just asking. I got some I will never use, yet I know it is worth something. What choices do I have?

As far as I've read, it's a grey area. Technically you own it and thus can do whatever the hell you want to do with it, including resale. On the other hand, your EULA says something else...

That is what I was thinking, I know I can't sell it here. I sure would like to get a Radeon 9800 out of it though
