Dumb question about ISO's

Can you put ISO's within a bootable ISO without conflict or such? Just looking for an answer before burning a coaster.
 
I have a stripped version of an OS ISO(175mb) and I only have DVD+r's right now. I'm cheap so I want to fill up the remainder of the disc by putting 5 or so ISO's in a folder within the Operating System ISO.
 
why should it be an ISO image? Can't you just burn it like a normal file??? I have done that before 😕
