Dumb math question about plots ...

Hi everyone,
Here's my question: I have a function plotted on a log scaled graph ( y axis ). The line that this function creates is a straight line sloping downwards. Is it correct to say that this function is linearly logarithmically decreasing? Or is it simply just logarithimcally decreasing?
