Will having a KVM switch (for monitor/keyboard/mouse) between two of my PCs slow down my mouse/keyboard response for gaming at all?

Just curious if any performance degrade has been noticed by anyone.

No degradation for me.

I've seen stray posts saying they had troubles with really cheap kvm's. I've never had any issues with my 8 port though. Unreal and Quake worked ok.
