I actually agree with you on this one Dave... a forced roadside blood test!? absolutely ridiculous! but i'd like to get more details on the case before i condemn them completely.

this is my favorite line though: "The driver would not stop at first but finally did after she realized she couldn't outrun the squad car"

gee, ya think!? lol

No sh1t, I would have filed assault charges on the officer(s) involved, and used the video evidence from their police cars to crucify them.

If I refuse a blood test, they cannot force it on me. They can arrest me, and then hold me in jail, and then get a court/judge to order that I submit to a blood test. Other than that, the police CANNOT (legally) forcefully compel me to comply with any test. If they do so (forcefully), it is assault, battery or both (depending on what they actually do).

Real Americans value the Constitution.
does that include the right to keep and bear arms, or just the other stuff?

Real Americans value equality for all.
does that include the illegal immigrants that come over for free schooling and create a burden on taxpayers?

Real Americans value democracy and not Partisanship.
can a democracy never be partisan at times?

Real Americans value the Country over Corporations and the Church.
i have to agree with you there. especially the separation of church and state...

Real Americans value life and choices.
everyone's life, or everyone not trying to kill us, or any life(baby) as long as the parents actually want to have it and not abort it?

Real Americans value Science.
ok

can't say that about any republican, or just bush? i would say that there are a few that might fit your bill.

anyway out for the weekend.
