Uhler's breath-alcohol content was measured at 0.10 on July 7 during the first arrest. She was arrested a week later on July 14 just minutes after getting her car out of the impound lot. Her breath-alcohol content measured 0.246, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08.

The 64-year-old owner of Caribou Loan Co. was arrested less than a day later after securing her freedom through the bail process. She registered a breath-alcohol content of 0.30.

So she was arrested for DUI after picking up her car from impound from yet another DUI. :Q

Wow... Your third DUI in Alaska is a felony. She racked up #'s 2, 3 & 4 in about a week and only got 8 months. Amazing.

Who was the lot attendent at the impound yard? At .246 she'd be slurring and the smell would about knock you over. There is no way I would have handed her keys to her.

Well when you live in the middle of no where, alcohol is were you might turn too. She probably wanted to excape the frozen wasteland she was living in but couldn't get out of Alaska. So she turned to Alcohol.
