Yes. Due to slow reactions they don't tense up as quickly at the impending crash or they're not aware of it at all. It's that tensing up which generally contributes largely to injury.
Agreed. You should lose the privileged after the first incident. In this day and age, there's no excuse for you getting in the car when inebriated other than extremely poor judgement.The best way to handle DUI is a once-and-done policy. You get caught once, you lose your license for life.
