I dont see anything wrong with them having as many kids as they want.

The problem lies in health and taking births to relatively full term. Shes starting to not be able to do that. Age and alot of births do that to a woman's physiology.

Also the parents dont seem 100% there in the head. I have no issue with religion per-say, but they are being unwise and offsetting responsibilities onto their god. They think prayers is the main factor in their childrens health, and it is not. Reality, science, and the medical staff saving that little girl are the heroes, not these people.
