Went to the World Market today, saw some "Australian Ginger Beer", saw that no ID was required (I'm 18), picked up a 4 pack, and I must say, it is rather tasty.

I guess so. The lady said it was like root beer, but different...I'm all up for trying new stuff, so I figured why the heck not?

It tastes great 50/50, and the ladies will love it too. Just be careful because a lot of people won't realize how drunk they're getting by drinking it.

Cool. I've noticed that in the beginning it's a really overpowering taste, but once you're used to it, it's very nice. I hate root beer but love this stuff...

Cool, my dad used to brew ginger beer, sometimes they would explode, and I had to clean up......he never missed the extra ones i claimed!!

Amen to that. I love dark and stormy!, it's much easier to drink than rum and coke, you don't get the sugary lining in your mouth, helps a lot with hangovers too. 😀
