I think the late great Phil Hartman's Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz are the funniest secondary characters.

Troy McClure: "Hi, I'm Troy McClure and you may remember me in such hit movies like: P is for Psycho and The Presidents Neck is Missing."

Man, I'm so glad you posted this! I'm playing "The Simpsons; Hit and Run" (Get it, now!!) and I keep driving by the Springfield Googleplex and the "Troy McClure stars in" movies keep changing and one of them was Gladys, the Groovy Mule!

As an dedicated Simpsons fan I should know this quote.. however Im having troubles coming up with it right now and it would be a perfect retort for an email here at work...
It was gramdpa talking about being "Hip" and it ended with something like "And now Im not even sure what hip is"

Or something like that...
