Duet: Huey Lewis, Gwyneth Paltrow, just a couple of comments.

Overall i enjoyed the movie quite a bit. especially the music.

Also, is gwyneth paltrow the hottest actress out there right now?

I really enjoyed the movie too. Gwyneth singing Betty Davis Eyes was EXTREMELY sexy. Paul Giamatti did a great job with his role too - he was hilarious. And how about that black fella? The guy could sing! Free Bird towards the end was wonderful - as was his duet with Giamatti.

Surprisingly good movie.

i agree. everyone sang extremely well. considering who he is, huey lewis didn't really stand out vs the others.

the paltrow - lewis duet was very good also.

I knew something like that would happen, she could get alot better if she went through singing lessons and all that. I thought it was a good movie, Huey Lewis is a pretty bad actor though if you ask me.

She didn't go for it, which imho is a good thing. Not that she was a bad singer or anything, but I think it would be bad for her career. She looked pretty good in The Royal Tenenbaums though.

I thought it was a good move too. The first time I watched it I thought it was professional singers who sang the songs in the movie, but when I found out it was the actual actors I was amazed cause the songs were really good

I would agree with this about most people..but Paltrow is just built small and is skinny naturally. If she tried to put weight on it would probably go to all the wrong places. (face, butt, etc)

I didn't really like the movie, but watched it since gwyneth was in it. she's a hottie.
