Neither plan doesn't really describe where all this money to pay for it comes from?
The only nice thing about Obama's plan is that he made it in a much nicer to read format with full disclosure about his plans. Mccains looks like a page a kid put together on a Tuesday morning to turn in to the prof 1st period.
