Duel monitors with Win98...what video cards can be used?

A friend of mine bought a Voodoo 3 3000 pci card and an STB Velocity 128 agp. The agp has TV-Out. He wants to run his monitor off the Voodoo and use a TV on the STB card. Is it possible for him to use these two cards to do it? He's running Win98. If it's possible, how should he go about it? Thanks for the help. 😉
