What's a good (i.e. free) windows program to handle duel monitors? Essentially allowing you to throw windows between them and disable one of them froma menu.

Ah... and AandT Effect.

Thanks

NVidia's cards come with a utility that does that, it's called nView. Works whether or not you have a dual-head NVidia card, you may be able to download it from their site.

I was gonna chime in with, "Set 'em up with guns, chaps and horses and see who leaves town in once piece."

BTW, what graphics card are you using?

A generic Hercules Geforce3 on the APG and then a PCI TNT2.

Are you using XP Home?

I've been running duals on 2K & XP Pro for some time, no add-on's necessary.

Since I have my monitors stacked vertically (at work) I just use Win98's built in support. I just use my second monitor for Outlook Express, Trillian and Winamp. Frees up space on my main monitor.

I see that you have WinXP on your rig... Have you tried using the support that's already built in?
