DUAL HDD's are only beneficial from a performance standpoint if you configure them as RAID 0, and many argue just how much more beneficial. Does your notebook's chipset support RAID? Also, Hitachi's mobile HDD's are just fine (desktop HDD's are another story).

Extreme Performance - RAID 0

120GB (60GB x 2) 7200 RPM ATA100 - Hitachi

thats what it says i can also pick from a RAID 1, i have no idea what this RAID is...

"Extreme Performance" is quite an exaggeration. For a laptop, I'd say don't bother because of the cost and because of the power drain on the battery. RAID stands for Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks. RAID 0 (striping) turns two HDD's into one (thus 2x60GB's in RAID 0 = 120GB) with a little better performance whereas RAID 1 (mirroring) mirrors one HDD on the other as a back up in case your primary drive fails.

Ill be doing alot of gameing and stuff on it if that makes a differance.

EDIT: I can choose from a.....
Regualr HD,
NON-RAID Duel HD
RAID 0 Duel HD
RAID 1 Duel HD

I don't know where you're looking online, but Dual implies two of something whereas Duel is a fight between two people. Anyway, it's really your call. I think you're probably looking at a P4 DTR notebook with an Intel 915P chipset from Alienware, right? Perhaps the Area-51m 7700?
