I bought a Dudley lock yesterday at Staples. After only using it for one day, it has become stuck half way in -- you can see a portion of the teeth (term?). It won't move the slightest in or out and I can't move the knob more than three numbers.
I've contacted Dudley and am waiting for a response. In the meanwhile, I was wondering if this is fixable at home or worth the effort?
