I dunno. The inside of my inkjet printer is not exactly a pretty sight.

Won't replace actual tattoo artists. There is a lot more than just "drawing with a needle". This might be good for perfect outlines and such, but shading is largely done by feel and floating the ink takes a lot of skill to determine the correct depth based on the skin you're tattooing.

This. It takes both experience and an artist's eye to be able to make tattoos look good. Body parts are not a sheet of paper.

Tattooers are not artists. Some may have artistic ability but it is not art, just like video games are not art.

They keep telling me they are going to replace me and my boys soon. But who wants machines that makes noise, has toxic chemicals, etc.. when they can have fresh natural ice delivered to their ice box daily.

Which the dictionary definition of "art" disagrees with, by the way.

The dictionary is wrong. Do you think tracing something is art? Yeah, didn't think so.

So which is it, the dictionary is wrong, or all tattooists just trace all their stuff from other's creations? If you are talking about the transfer they put on the skin, how do you think that is created?

I'm sure there are plenty of ink hacks out there who have never created anything and just mutilate people's bodies with all kinds of stupid shit, but there are artists in the field too.

the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.

Any other general reference books that you reject or do I just need to ignore your vocabulary?

You should stop talking as you obviously have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. :D
