They had the career fair here at the U of Minnesota (Minneapolis campus) and the recruiting guy at the little booth thingee looked pretty much just like Bill Gates. The line was long and they (mostly I guess) hire people to work in WA, hence I skipped it (didn't see any free software either.. sniff). Don't know if the Bill Gates clone was a U of M Alum or not, or whether they use the same clone everywhere else.
