So i sitting outside for a smoke break, and this "girl" walks in the smoking area, and starts making calls. I was bit far away and "she" looked pretty good. As time goes by i over hear her making "booty calls" and such... Then i notice something odd, ITS A FREAKING ADAMS APPLE!
I WAS BOUT TO BUST OUT LAUGHING.... most definitely post-op!

most dudes with "feminine" builds have adams apples. the stocky, husky guys don't have a prominent apple

easier to pass yourself off if you have a feminine build
