The UAE is the only Arab country that doesn't rely purely on oil, AFAIK. Dubai is awesome.

Egypt doesn't have oil (well they do but its soooo small) and I'm pretty sure a bunch of other nations there don't have oil as well 😛

Doesn't Arab mean from the general Arabian subcontinent? I've always considered Egypt to be African, even if it is mostly Muslim and non-black.

Yes and Yes. edit - Make sure you go to a private hotel beach rather than the public beach though.
Some of the clubs in Dubai are better than most in the world.

Yes and Yes. edit - Make sure you go to a private hotel beach rather than the public beach though.
Some of the clubs in Dubai are better than most in the world.
