Did they take this away? Anybody experience this problem.

Having this problem with a 6200 using 84.21 and a 7800gt using XG 84.56.
 
You need to boot with two displays connected (TV or monitor). I.E. booting with one monitor and then trying to plug a TV into the TV-Out after windows is started will not allow you to choose dual-view.

You may also need to enable nview desktop management IIRC.
