dualboot and hibernate

i'm havin dualboot 2 win2k pro...
when i hibernate it skips the dualboot menu and straight into resuming hibernation...anyone knows why is this so?

If you want the dual-boot option to show up again, why hibernate at all? The point of hibernate is to bring you immediately back to where you were.
